Shipping policy

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once your package is picked up by the carrier, transit time is 1 to 5 days depending on your location. During the summer months we only ship Monday through Wednesday. 

Once a label has been created, you will receive shipping confirmation of your order along with a tracking number via email or SMS text. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours before the status of your shipment is available. 

Unfortunately, once your package leaves our shop, we have no control over how or when it is delivered. We can't offer refunds or replacements of our products for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim for a full refund of your order. They will need your tracking number and proof of purchase to file a claim.

Please be sure to inspect your items immediately. If an item arrives damaged, we will replace that item upon receipt of proof within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at oldpostcandlecompany@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged item along with your name and order number.
